The condo has been completely renovated and updated featuring all new flooring, cabinets, countertops, appliances, furniture and much more!

RATES:

2010 rates based on 1 – 4 person occupancy 

Daily from $235.00
Weekly from $1,410.00
Additional $50.00 weekly fee for 5th person
plus applicable taxes.

A $35.00 reservation fee and a $150.00 out-cleaning fee added to all rentals.
Deposit of $200.00 - $300.00 is required to confirm a reservation.

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m. CHECK-IN: 3:00 p.m.

5 night minimum stay requested; 7 - 14 night minimum stay required between December 15 and January 5. Please inquire about special Christmas/New Year rates and deposit requirements.
